Can't access the AgentBuilding Dshboard

Hey, when I do login myself I get mine username. After that when I do start authenticate myself it asks me for my password, which it didn't asked to set me earlier. However, when I do click on "forgot password" option. It asks me for my 'favourit pet name'. Which I don't know that what I kept, also gmail now dont support the security question feature now.
I don't know how to resolve this issue.
