Austria not allowed to participate?

Hey I read the rules and I am from Austria and I was just wondering if I may participate?

  Hi Leon, unfortunately only participants who reside in Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec), France, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America will be allowed to participate.
